If you're not sure what to write, we've got tips and examples below on what to include.

Tips for personalising your postcard

  1. Your message should be no longer than 600 characters (approx 100 words) to fit onto the postcard.
  2. If you or a loved one has recieved vision rehabilitation describe the difference it's made. How did it impact independence or confidence? Did it help with daily tasks like cooking, walk around town, use public transport or adapt at work?
  3. If you or a loved one is still waiting for support or faced delays, what were the consequences? Has your daily routine and other activities had to stop?
  4. You can use a few words to complete the sentance "vision rehabilitation gave me..."
