Postcards for why vision rehabilitation matters

Choose one of the postcards below to send to your MP so they can understand the skills people learn through vision rehabilitation and why it matters. Support from MPs is vital to encourage Wes Streeting, Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, to take urgent action to reduce the delays across England which blind and partially sighted people face in accessing these services.

Once you've selected a postcard, you'll have an opportunity to add your own message which will be added onto your chosen design. We'll then handle printing and mailing it to your MP so all you need to do is complete the next page.

At home

A bright pink instructional graphic titled “How to make a cup of tea if you have sight loss.” It shows a teabag, a white mug, and a small yellow RNIB liquid level indicator, plus a yellow kettle, arranged like a simple equation. The final image shows a filled cup of tea with the yellow level indicator clipped to the rim. The RNIB logo appears at the bottom.

Send our postcard explaining how to make a cup of tea if you have sight loss.

Getting around

A bright pink instructional graphic titled “How to navigate with a long cane.” Below the title are two illustrations: one shows a close-up of a hand holding a long white cane correctly, and the other shows the cane tip sweeping side to side with arrows indicating the motion. The RNIB logo appears at the bottom.

Send our postcard explaining how to get out and about using a long cane.
