We want to see urgent action to reduce the delays that thousands of people across Wales are facing. Reaching out to your MS is a powerful way to make your voice heard. By taking part, you can help us to call for an end to the postcode lottery of vision rehabilitation services in Wales.
Your postcard is nearly ready to send
All you need to do now is fill in your details so your MS knows you live in their constituency. We'll add these to the back of the postcard and handle printing and posting.
To make your postcard even more powerful, we'd encourage you to add your own message.
If you're not sure what to write, we've got tips and examples below on what to include.
Tips for personalising your postcard
- Your message should be no longer than 500 characters to fit onto the postcard
- If you or a loved one has received vision rehabilitation, describe the difference it's made. How did it impact independence or confidence? Did it help with daily tasks like cooking, walking around town, using public transport or adaptations at work?
- If you or a loved one is still waiting for support or facing delays, what were the consequences? Have your daily routine and other activities had to stop?
- You can use a few words to complete the sentence "vision rehabilitation gave me..."
Your MS will receive this postcard

Vision rehabilitation helps people develop new techniques for carrying out daily tasks independently.
