Become a Community Change Supporter

Our Community Change Supporters achieve change by taking small everyday actions to help raise awareness, grow understanding and secure positive change through being a voice in your community.

What you will gain from this role

In becoming a Community Change Supporter you will gain:

  1. Skills development opportunities such as public speaking and effective influencing.
  2. Access to regular peer support and a chance to connect with other Community Change Supporters.
  3. Invitations to a rolling programme of training sessions, information events and webinars.
  4. Learning about sight loss and how to bring about change.
  5. Regular information by email on upcoming activities and actions you could take.

The role requirements

You do not need any specific skills or experience to do this role. It is for anyone with a desire to learn new information and skills which can make a positive change with your family, workplace and community.
