RNIB - See differently

Ask your MP to press play on independence

On 17 November, we're hosting an event in Parliament for MPs to hear first-hand how vision rehabilitation changes lives.

Your MP is more likely to attend if they are invited by you.

"Together with the technical skills of using the white cane for navigation and the emotional support, to the literal and metaphorical hand holding the Vision Rehabilitation Specialist was able to give me, it opened up my life again."– Chamaine, RNIB Supporter

We're calling on Wes Streeting, Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, to commit to ensuring blind and partially sighted people get the emotional and practical support they need, when they need it.

Your MP can play a critical role in persuading the Government to act. It starts with them understanding how vision rehabilitation helps people stay independent and confident. By joining us, they’ll learn why this support is vital and what access to vision rehabilitation looks like where you live and across the country.
